• Establish and maintain cooperation with museums, cultural institutions, and other clients, conducting business negotiations and partnerships.

• Provide customized lighting solutions based on market demand and client feedback.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, develop marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  

• Experience in market development or sales, familiarity with museums or cultural fields is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to establish good relationships with clients.

• Some knowledge of lighting products and the industry, with a certain technical background and sales skills.

• Strong team spirit and self-driven, able to handle certain work pressure.

• Good learning and adaptation abilities, able to quickly integrate into the team and perform tasks effectively.
