Theory of Color
Generally speaking, human perception of color is based on the RGB. For coloured light, the tricolor categorize into red, green and blue, which forward to our eyes and brain so that it could be recognised as well-known colors.
THREE ATTRIBUTES OF COLOR
For color, three common attributes: hue, saturation, brightness. Hue is the specified number of chromatic circles as we as the color of what we think. Brightness means brightness and darkness of color, which clarifies more for the specified number of chromatic circles. Saturation presents the intensity or purity of color.
PERCEPTION OF COLOR
Different hues will affect people's emotions and psychology. Warm colors can make people feel comfortable and excited; cool colors can make people feel calm and even a little melancholy. The higher the saturation and brightness, the stronger the visual impact; the lower the saturation and brightness, the milder the visual impact.
BALANCE OF COLOR
There is a widely use of color art. For example, in museum, we need to adjust the light perfectly and ensure separation between warm and cold to meet appropriate brightness; On the basis of features, materials and ages of the exhibits, highlights light elements, which make exhibits and theme display conformity, harmony and integrity.
