A Tale of Three Cities: The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Export of Silk Products in The Ming and Qing Dynasties

In this exhibition, there are 211 exhibits in 166 combinations including export paintings, silk cloths, hand-painted silks, household goods, and clothing accessories from three museums. Through the exhibition, audience can understand the importance of exporting silk in the Ming and Qing dynasties, trace the profound historical origins of cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, analyze how the three places connect the world through the Maritime Silk Road, and explore the impact of Chinese culture and art on the world.

This exhibition combines ACEVEL focusable track light TL0015, wall washer TL0021, showcase light V-Lux28 standing pole type and linear showcase light A8 with different functions and lighting effects to give the audience an immersive experience. The whole exhibition uses the color temperature of 3500K and the color rendering index of Ra98, which fully demonstrates the delicacy of foreign goods and the exquisite workmanship of embroidery.
